Reflex is fully web-based, and that makes it an outstanding tool for organising events, whether they are large-scale happenings or smaller events such as round table discussions for a select group.

• Registration 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Immediate e-mail or text message confirmation.
• If there are a limited number of places, and they are all booked, the participant can join a waiting list.

Advantages for the event organiser

• The biggest advantage is that you can put the events online yourself.
• You indicate yourself how many places there are, and can also decide on the wording of the confirmation letters, e-mails or text messages yourself.
• You have an overview for each event: who is invited, who has confirmed their attendance and who has registered.
• Badges with barcodes can be printed from Reflex. These badges can be scanned on the day of the event to register the presence of the participants.
